Matt Frazer began taking drum lessons in second grade and continued through high school, where he succumbed to a severe case of band-geekiness. After playing drums in several really bad garage bands, he called it quits to get married and raise a family. To relieve the stress from the rigors of stay-at-home-fathering, Matt began his endless aquisition of new drum gear. Now Matt enjoys playing for various music-theatre groups around Cincinnati. Most recently, he has been a regular in productions at the Showboat Majestic and its' winter home, the Covedale Theatre. Other highlights include the Ensemble Theatre's Nightclub Confidential, and a concert reading of The Gospel According To Fishman, a new musical co-written by Cincinnati's Richard Oberacker. He also stays busy playing worship at several churches in Cincinnati, including Evangelical Community Church (his home church), The Vineyard (Cincinnati-Northwest), and White Oak Presbyterian Church. He particularly enjoys his involvement in the curious group that is psalterbook, a marriage of talents that began in a snow-storm (ask Matt for details). His wife Gayle and their children Jacob, Rachel, and Ben are ever supportive.
